Plans and pricing
Compare plans, campaign fees, and what each tier includes.
Kolfly sells brand subscriptions. Each plan sets your monthly credit allowance, how many people and campaigns you get, and the fee taken on campaign spend.
Creators do not need a paid plan. Joining campaigns, selling services and receiving payouts are free on the creator side.

What each plan includes
Free Trial
For evaluating Kolfly. One workspace, one member, one active campaign, and limited access to the KOL database and CRM. Includes a trial sample of Deep AI. The 100 credits are granted once and expire after 30 days.
Starter
For small brands running focused creator programmes. One workspace, one member, and up to 3 active campaigns. Full KOL database and CRM. Deep AI is available using top-up credits rather than included.
Brand Pro
For teams scaling creator relationships. One workspace, 5 members, and up to 10 active campaigns. Adds CSV export and includes Deep AI.
Agency
For agencies running several brand programmes. 5 workspaces, 15 members, and unlimited active campaigns. Adds API access alongside CSV export, and includes Deep AI.
Enterprise
For organisations with procurement requirements. Custom members, workspaces and usage, unlimited campaigns, SSO/SAML, SCIM, audit logs, API and webhooks, an SLA, and dedicated support.
Annual billing
Switching the toggle on the pricing page to annual applies a 15% discount, shown as a reduced monthly-equivalent price.

Campaign fees
The campaign fee is a percentage taken on campaign spend, and it falls as you move up the plans: 10% on Free Trial and Starter, 7% on Brand Pro, 5% on Agency, and a contracted 3–5% on Enterprise.
This is separate from credits. Credits pay for AI actions; the campaign fee applies to money you put behind campaigns.
Changing your plan
Only workspace Owners and Admins can change the subscription. Members see the pricing page but cannot select a plan.
- Open Pricing from the sidebar.
- Choose Monthly or Annual with the billing toggle.
- Select the plan you want.
- Complete payment in the checkout tab that opens.
Selecting Enterprise opens an email to the Kolfly sales team instead of a checkout. Selecting Free Trial while you are already on it does nothing.
Buying more credits
If a plan's monthly credits run out before the cycle ends, you can buy a credit pack rather than upgrading. Packs appear when an action exceeds your quota.

KOL Scraper draws on a separate pool of scraping credits, bought from the Purchase Credits page. Those credits do not expire. See How credits work for the difference between the two.
