What is Kolfly

An overview of the platform and who it is for.

Kolfly is a platform for influencer marketing. Brands use it to find creators, run campaigns, and track spend. Creators use it to build a profile, earn from brand work, and get paid.

Two sides of one platform

Kolfly has two modes, and each has its own sidebar and its own set of features.

Brand mode is for marketers and agencies. You build a database of creators, run campaigns against it, publish open briefs, and buy creator services.

Creator mode is for people who make content. You set up a profile brands can find, join campaigns, sell services from a public storefront, and withdraw your earnings.

One account can hold both. If you run a brand and also create content, you set up each profile once and switch between them from the sidebar. See Brand and Creator modes for how switching works.

What brands can do

Kolfly covers the work of a creator programme end to end.

Find creators. KOL Scraper searches TikTok and Instagram by keyword, hashtag, country and follower tier, and imports what it finds. The KOL Marketplace lists creators who have published a Kolfly storefront.

Organise them. The KOL Database is your own record of every creator you track, with tabs for qualifying and archiving, bulk actions, and spreadsheet import.

Run campaigns. A Campaign is a brief that Kolfly ranks your database against, returning a shortlist with a match score for each creator. KOL Outreach tracks each conversation across a fourteen-stage pipeline.

Publish open briefs. A Content Bounty works the other way round. You post a brief with a budget and a rate per thousand views. Creators find it, post on their own accounts, and are paid from that budget based on the views they earn.

Create assets. AI Studio generates images, posters and video from a prompt.

What creators can do

Get found. Your creator profile determines which brand searches you appear in. Niches, region, rate range and a verified social account all matter.

Earn from campaigns. Campaigns pays per thousand views on content you post to your own account. You join, submit your post link, and the brand reviews it.

Sell services. Services and storefront lets you price video work and publish it on a public page brands can book from.

Get paid. Payouts holds your balance, shows what is still in escrow, and handles withdrawal to a bank account or Stripe.

Write faster. Writer Studio and Carousel Studio generate drafts you can edit.

How Kolfly charges

Two things cost money, and they are separate.

A subscription gives your workspace a monthly credit allowance, seats, and a campaign fee rate. See Plans and pricing.

Credits pay for AI actions such as generating a shortlist, running a discovery search, or producing an image. Ordinary work — adding creators, editing campaigns, messaging, reviewing submissions — does not spend credits. Every action that does spend them shows the cost on the button before you run it. See How credits work.

Creators do not need a subscription to join campaigns or to be paid.

Where to go next

If you are a brand, start with Creating your account, then KOL Scraper to build a database worth searching.

If you are a creator, start with Creating your account, then Your creator profile — campaigns check your profile and social verification before letting you join.
